If I understand his situation, the nut is off of the bolt, but the bolt is frozen in place -- cutting off either end (or both) won't remove the bolt.
Maybe I am missing something... ![]() I think ERASER5 has the solution... along with turning the bolt (might take a breaker bar and cheater pipe) and heavy hammer work to drive the bolt out.
