I agree with him completely. Search my threads I started. I made a similar first thread about 2 mos ago and just now finally got my ECE premium 2/4 drop kit and a bunch of other parts.

Welcome from Florence, AL where men are men and sheep are scared. Nice truck...you'll get tons of great info from this site. The guys are great and very helpful...three weeks ago I was a newbie too and now I know a few things. haha
I am going with McCaughy's 2.5" front dropped spindles with a 1" DJM lowered coil in front...and a 4" DJM lowered coil out back. Plan on the McCaughy's Big 13" Brake discs in front...stock drums out back. Plans are for 18/20 Torque Thrust ST rims. Pretty much stock 305 with 4 bbl/headers and a 700R...going for low and slow approach. Have fun with it...don't be in a huge hurry. Enjoy the voyage. Tom
