Thumbs down This one takes the cake!!!!

I saw this on Ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=5348 Let all the pics download.

Okay now that everyone has stopped laughing or pinched themselves to try and believe that someone would actually do that here's what I noticed.

WHERE'S THE FREAKING ROOF!!

A stock engine with a blower (as if this wasn't bad enough) and only 325 HP? LMFAO!!!

Anyone notice in one shot of the gauges his truck has tach up (assuming truck is running when taken) and his oil gauge shows kinda low pressure and the ampmeter shows nothing

24k gold clad bowtie *bling bling*

I'd take the trailer

This guy says it was built from a 72 SWB? The body looks a LOT more like the 73-87 to me.

Am I missing something?

Most the guys with that body style truck run the Whipple chargers. Very powerful!

Prime example of stop while your ahead. If he'd left the top on and and hadn't put the wing and the flames on, I would have liked it. But then again, it probably wouldn't have got a write up in a magazine if he did that. It's not that bad

I just think that the chop top needs to go along with the wing. Plus it looks too much ricer for me. Just like a ricer around here to look all bad and have no power under the hood.

uh huh... it says 1992 all over the write up. 73-87s are WAY different looking than that, that's definitely an 88+ truck.

he's guessing 325hp the same way the engines rated. Its rated 210, add headers, exaust, and a tiny blower and you have 100 more horespower. Sounds about right to me for a TBI truck. I like the lack of a top, I plan on choppin the entire top/back of the cab on my 78 [removable hardtop]
And if its featured in TRUCKIN mag, it has to be done pretty dang well.

i don't think it looks that bad. remove the ricer wing and wheelie bars which are definatly not needed. i'd rather need wheelie bars and not have them, then have them and not need them. but its pretty nice and it looks like its ready for a real motor to be dropped in.

Not referring directly to that truck, but I've seen some ugly crap in Truckin.

Amen to that! Just 'cause it's in Truckin' doesn't mean it's all that. Although, I'm yet to see a junker like mine in there.

I actually liked the truck, other then the V8 is a 305. At least thats what it says when I saw it in Truckin' mag.

It used to be a work truck that was orange or something and he fixed it up. If it had a roof and no wing it would be very nice.

If it was built from a wreck maybe thats one reason for the roof being off. its not a bad truck your all just jealous that you dont have it.lol just kidding. ya its a little overboard for my taste.

I think with a nice paint job, no wing, no wheelie bar, no roll bar, & no helmet it might be driveable in public. HP rating is realistic. Everyone with a blower thinks they have 650 HP. Why not 649 or 651?
