The guy asked about building a "custom" grille... as in the "Rod and Custom" type, not of the "Custom Cab" variety.

Take a look at the grill idea, 25mm stainless bars, a bit closer than in this picture, So try and picture this on a 63, What about the lights, Chrome light pods with the 25m stailess bars cut around them, Or what about a pair of electric tilting lights from a junk yard, (hidden lights) I know this truck is a feature truck from progect get shorty, (custom classic trucks) ? who owns the truck,

I think the 1 inch are too large, but to each their own.

Keep in mind those are really 1 inch bars... NOT 25 mm
