72' front stabilizer bushings?
One of the front bushings is bad , How do I replace it , Do I need to jack up the truck etc. Thank you.

For a sway bar bushing you shouldn't need to jack up the truck. Just unbolt the sway bar from the a-frame and the frame mount and replace the bushing and rebolt it back to its mounting brackets

Sorry, I'm talking about the bushings at the ends of the stabilizer bar, Do the openings of the bushings face toward the center of the truck or toward the wheels? Thank you.

It doesn't matter if the seam is inboard or outboard. Slide the new bushing on the bar, slip the clamp over the bushing and install the bolts.
You probably have a power steering leak you need to fix too. That's usually what destroys the old one. Is the area real oily ?

No its not oily, The guy that restored my truck didn't put them on right . just wanted to put them on the right way.Thank you for the info, I appreciate it.
