Anyone ever use this TBI intake kit?

It comes with a K&N filter and lid, TB spacer, injector spacer, ram air tube,TBI power charger and fuel line kit. The only products in there I question is the powercharger and the injector spacer. The injector spacer is supposed to raise the injector housing off of the TB to allow more air flow and the powercharger is suppose to "increase airflow quantity and quality." Anyone use it?
