Factory Rear Sway Bars

Does anyone know if there are any rear factory sway bars that fit or can be retrofitted to work on SWB trucks? I'm not sure if Suburbans or Blazers came with factory rear sway bars... I don't think GM trucks ever did.

Re: Factory Rear Sway Bars

I don't recall any factory rear sway bars for this generation pickups, Blazers or Subs (for 1/2 ton). There may have been some available for 1 ton models.

Well that's not what I wanted to hear... but thanks. I assume with your vast GM experience your probably right.

I'm open to trying a 3/4-ton or 1-ton if anyone has seen them????? They were great on the front.

If I recall a 2wd Burb is your best donor. I have seen 2nd gen Camaros bars adapted as well.

Duallys had them, good luck finding one though, usually get trashed when snatching the axle out. Or you can try this one on ebay, planned on ordering it, but haven't gotten around to it yet...

Re: Factory Rear Sway Bars

I have planned on getting one off the Camper Special trucks and fitting it under my truck. I don't remember who on here told me but someone said that would work.

Re: Factory Rear Sway Bars

$153...that's not too bad. Wonder how stiff they are.
--->If anyone is buying one and wants a great "1 for the price of 2" deal. Let me know. You can ship the 2nd one to...
