Hello from SoCal

Well I bought my truck a month ago and joined this forum shortly before as I know that the best help and knowledge comes from those that are passionate about what they love. I have owned the following:

73' Caprice
75' Dodge Tradesman 150
74' Dodge Duster
62' VW Panel Bus
64' Dodge A100 van (scooby doo)
66' Dodge A100 van
72' El Camino
76' Ford F250 4dr quad cab LB
75' 4x4 Dodge Power wagon Step side
74' Dodge Tradesman 200

and now I am the proud owner of a 1975 Chevy C10 LB that I traded fora bass guitar and amp worth $650 new.

Here is how it looked when I brought it home a month ago:

In the past month I had new tires and complete new brake job on it plus added a wiper motor, rear window molding and latch, replaced the rear gasket on the differential, added driver side window (was missing), new dash bezel and put the first coat of flat black paint on the exterior and interior (courtesy of "Rustoleum Flat spray paint").

I need to change the pinion seal and bearing which is next.
I will post pics of what I have done once I take them.

Again thanks to all that have been a great help thus far in my time on this forum. I really enjoy reading and looking at your different trucks and projects.

Re: Hello from SoCal

from OKC!

This place is full of knowledge and good ideas and you can meet some good friends along the way. When you post the other pics just start a build thread. Looks like a good looking truck and project
