Tilt column for automatic, no wiper controls. (73-83?)

Purchased this a while back on here. I'm not going to use it, decided to stick with the original column. Pics upon request. It's in good shape, still in the box I received it in, so it's ready to go. I pulled it out once to look at it, and put it back in. Rather than store it, I'll give you guys a crack at it.

$100 obo shipped, lower 48 (paypal accepted).
