Ok here we go...

Maybe some one can make a diagram out of this for you ????

I used 3/4 MDF with Formica on both sides.. It was what was laying around at work back when I still had a job. In fact we used the CNC router and the program is saved. If I had access I could have whipped you up one in about 5 minutes....

Measurements in inches.. All out side dimensions.....

Length 29 wide

High 15, This is up the back as the slant on the front will be longer..

Depth at top 3

Depth at bottom is 7 ..

Now as for the size of the hole I have no idea as of now and really don't want to pull the sub..

Note that the sub is mounted from the outside, also that it is a sealed box packed with poly fill....
