3/4 Ton Front Drop?
This has been bugging me a lot lately. I have been thinking about lowering the front of my truck 1-2" without cutting my springs or anything of that nature. I want it to be fairly easy to undo if I decide to put it back to stock. So guys, are there any drop components for 3/4 tons?

Photo shop?
Seriously,... you can install drop springs up front, or drop spindles,... and a 2" rear shackle. Nothing is going to be simple. An alignment is also going to be necessary. The only simple choice would be to pay someone to do it.

It's not a 4x4 so I can't lift it and have it be intimidating so I was thinking to try and accomplish it by dropping the front 1-2".

Re: 3/4 Ton Front Drop?
As close as your nearest "Google Search".
http://www.sporttruckdirect.com/smooth_riders.html Their C30 drop springs should do the job.

I did a wright up on 1t 3/4t 1/2t front ends and what interchanges I know its on here some place but I couldnt find it but you can go to dually scene and find it in the tech section
so with some hunting around you can drop a 3/4t fairly easy

Re: 3/4 Ton Front Drop?
This is what I found and plan to use.I also have a 3/4 ton I plan to drop.
C-20 ¾ to ½ Ton Conversion 2½" Drop Spindles Click to View Looking to convert your ¾ ton Truck to ½ ton front suspension? We are proud to introduce the only C-20 to C-10 2½" Drop Spindles available on the market. (disc brakes required). Over the years, we’ve had many customers with C-20 8-lug Trucks that would like to convert over to the better riding C-10 suspension and change their wheels to either a 5-lug or 6-lug bolt pattern. These new Conversion Spindles allow you to upgrade to C-10 front disc brakes on the ’60-’87 model Trucks, and give you the option of 2½" front Drop Spindles for the same price without having to change your tie rods and ball joints. http://www.earlyclassic.com/catalog.aspx Spindles are less than $300 according to there web site hope this helps. |
