try selling a completely rebuilt muncie m-20 with all of the parts to swap to a manual. and spending two hours building a pallet only to have ups destroy the pallet and the trans and ring gear. then put it in a cardboard box. and deny my claim because a cardboard box is not a suitable container for a trans.
