Shorten a long box

Hey, anyone tried shortening a long box? Other than cutting the frame, cutting the driveshaft & cutting or finding a new bed, couldn't be that hard.
Any suggestions?

Re: Shorten a long box

wen i did it i followed those steps. but instead of cutting drive shaft, i got one out of a short bed and instead of a new 16 gal tank i put a fuel cell in.
