67-72 speedminder speedometer
This is a 67-72 speedminder speedometer unit that was restored (needle color) 10 years ago. It has 31,472 miles and appears to be original. The face is clean with very nice gloss sheen. The speedo needle has been nicely painted with nice appearance. The adjuster cable is very nice with the proper retainer clip in place to attach to the speedo housing and retainer nuts to the face plate. Also, the relay, nos wiring harness with fuse holder , speedo housing with proper insulated power pin and new black and chrome face plate housing are included.
The only negative is the speed adjuster gear shaft was broken sometime in the 10 years since restoration. It needs to be properly glued back in place. This is a minor issue in my opinion. The speedminder needle adjust with relative ease by moving the gear. $525 plus shipping. Please post all interest in the thread to insure accuracy. Thanks for for interest. Dan p.s.- i could not upload the pictures due to a security token?? Send me your email and i'll send them direct Last edited by w314speed; 11-02-2009 at 04:03 PM. |
