Seems to me the answer lies in the post. You need a motor...you have an extra. The cooling should be fine with the old radiator. Stick in a fuel cell and a return line and let the rest fall into place. You'll have more in time than money and a beater with 300+ horsepower is just fun, especially on the highway. I'd roll with it.
