The 15x10's would look good with a 295/50/15 if you lowered the truck some. I say lowered because it's a shorter tire, like 26-27". If we still had 300+ sized tires available to us, I would say run a 325/50/15 which is 28" tall but sadly they are only available as drag radials now.
If going for stock ride height I would do 8.5's in back and 7's in front with the tires you mentioned.

I am going to try to get something mounted tomorrow to se what it looks like . I am thinking lower it 2.5/4 and run the 7 and 8.5's .

nice find! I'd roll it. I surprisingly dig the yellow. I'd only change a few things if it was mine but nice cherry truck man. I always am drooling over the trucks you get a hold of.
