Who here likes it topless?
NO!..Not your chick!!!! LOL....But a convertible style truck that had its top and back chopped off. I'd like to maybe do that but I am wondering if there are any options in terms of after market soft tops? With my luck I can be driving it on a warm afternoon and then all of the sudden I'd get hit with a storm.

Re: Who here likes it topless?
I've seen a couple nicely done trucks. As far as a top, I'm pretty sure it's a custom top or nothing. That might get expensive. There's also the doors to consider. So it doesn't look goofy, you'll have to cut the backs/tops of the doors off, like on a blazer, but then that creates the problem of how to seal the doors with the new top. That's why most of the trucks I've seen (all magazines and a couple on here) seem to be permanently topless.
Not trying to discourage you, just tossing out some info. A good blazer in my area goes for several thousand more than a truck in the same condition. They're kinda expensive and unless you pony up for a restored one, or a really good rust free one, rust repair on one looks like a pain in the...

Re: Who here likes it topless?
There are a few companies tha make convertibles for 73-87 chevy trucks (soft and hard top). You may want to contact them and see if they thought about the 67-72 series or if the 73-87 will work on earlier series trucks.
