Question Urgent Urgent

Hey guys I need a quick answer on this. Im fixin to order my rallye's, so I checked the back space on my current stock wheels and they measure 3 1/2 " I want to put 255/60/15 tires on this so I need 8" wheels and the only thing I can find in 8" rallye's has a 4" back space so my question is this, on a 1967 2wd lwb pick up can I go with 4" back space with no trouble.. Thanks a bunch in advance for your help.

4-1/2 inch is the stock backspace, I've seen 3-1/2 inch backspace on a '70. Tires stuck outside the fender about an inch, but then he was running 15 x 10s with way too much rubber on them.
