Re: reversed hood

Never understood the reverse hood deal, guess in some aspects I'm too practical. It seems to limit access to the front of the engine for routine checks and repairs.

Re: reversed hood

I agree, I think on a truck with a pretty paint job you're asking for scratches as you lean over the fender to check oil, etc.

Re: reversed hood

lol, definitely not a functional mod. But I think it's a cool look for a show truck. Plus, it makes removing the hood very very simple. Two bolts and you're done, no need to realign it everytime since the alignment is done with hinge mounting plate - assuming I'm looking at that correctly.

Re: reversed hood

let's do some lambo doors while were at it. J/K, it's your truck make it to suit you, and forget what the rest thinks.

not, those are about the dumbest thing I have ever seen. save em for the lambo's. this will be a show truck/weekend cruiser. nothing else on the truck is stock anyway.

Re: reversed hood

I've got one going on my 64, pretty sweet and simple kit. I bought mine off Autoloc. Had a terrible time dealing with them..... But the kit was great!
