Max tongue weight on Barden bumper?

I haven't towed with this yet and am not worried about my boat trailer with 120lbs tongue weight. But whats the max? Anybody have one simular? My old travel trailer probably has 300+ lbs on the tongue. Would only use it for VERY short moves because it usually gets towed with my van that has a a class III equalizer hitch setup (and better rear gears) and I use the bars. Any experiance with this bumper?
