Trailing arm width/perch width

I am switching over from leafs to trailing arms. For temporary I'm just gonna weld some perches on this rear. Is there anywhere I can find that angle and distance or do I need to do it the other way around...fab up everything, center it, and weld into place???

Thanks,

JE
