Console question

Can I modiffy or convert my seat belt holder console to a cup holder console? In some pics ive seen it looks like the cup holder part is screwed in place. Thanks for the help, Ben

I've heard of guys doing it but I've never actually seen one converted.

I have both consoles here, and by looking at them, it looks like they just cut out the belt holders and screwed in the cup holders.
