Both are for 3 speed manual with guages, can be used with automatics if you don't mind not having a neutral safety switch.

Harness 1 - Has backup light connector cut off, a replacement is included.

No, just the fuse box and all wiring for cluster and switches under dash.

My truck is a 68 will this still work? I should have asked prior to this. This does have the volts and temperature gauge wiring correct?

I PM'd you the answer, it will work but the pigtail for the wiper switch is desined for a switch on the RH side of the bezel. You'll have to modify to get this pigtail to extend back to LH side or move wiper switch over.
