Crewella - My '81 crew cab, short bed 1/2 ton

I don't mean to hijak the thread, and if there is already a Crew SWB 101 thread, please let me know.

But, is there anything difference with a 1 ton and 1/2 ton? I'll be switching crossmembers and running gear, I'm just worried about the frame itself...

Not quite sure what u mean by the 101 , If u are referring to details of how to build one u could check out ojoes thread Describing how he built his......

I used ojoes method to build my Crew Stepper & am very pleased with Results. I hope i have helped out.......
