Named after the once-feared Great Plains Shian tribe, no doubt.....

Re: Rare 72 Chev

Lower moulding looks black and I don't see any woodgrain inside so he might not have him a shian after all.

That sounds like something I did the other day... I walked around the back of my truck, forgot the hitch was on there, and wacked the living crap out of my shian.

Re: Rare 72 Chev

southern mo. northern ar. its hillarious to read some of the adds on craigslist. we have a local radio station which has the party line. its a talk/ swap thing on live every morning. someone types it all up and puts it on there website. individuals can also email their stuff in to have it posted. they have a disclamer that they arent resposible for grammer and spelling.. i havent seen near as many mistakes on the emails as i have the lady that types them as people call in. its hillarious.

Longhorn,

Different, as in apples to oranges, as long as they aren't mis-spelling "Camper Special".

You seem to be hung up on folks calling their trucks a "camper special", which is what I called my "extra long" C-20 for years. Thanks to you, I now know is not the correct term. However, when folks call them that, I do know what kind of truck they are referring to.

Dave

Re: Rare 72 Chev

Can anyone recommend a vendor that carries Super Shian fender badges? I prefer GM, but since this is an EXTREMELY rare trim option... I'll settle for repro.

Re: Rare 72 Chev

How can he be sure it`s a Shian if it doesn`t say Shian anywhere on it?It could easily be a Cussed`em or a Cussed`em Delugs.
