1/4" lines are not that slow. 3/8" might be better,... but 1/2" is too fast.
I heard there use to be some controller issues with the RidePro e system. They all were fixed with the e2 set-up that followed. (this is what I have) Now there is the new e3 controller which looks very impressive, but I haven't seen one in person. Not a bad price. But I would stay away from the original version. Just my opinion. Maybe if you send a PM to Tony from ART he can help answer your questions.
