I know what you mean, looking for the right one. That is such a cool truck. I missed one several years ago I wished I would have looked harder at. A 1970 2WD plain jane 6 cylinder Blazer. Thought, I will try to get one later... Haven't seen another I think it was had for 2500 bucks! Double kick in the pants! Great truck and thanks for all the advice in the past!

The truck was delivered today and after replacing the battery and adding a little brake fluid I took it for a shakedown cruise. It is amazing how well this thing runs.

BLAZERMAN: Thanks Rob. No 4x4 for this one. The guy I bought this one from also has a 4x4 he wants to sell. Dark Blue, body off, really nice truck. If someone showed up at his place with $8500 cash I think they could own it.

bigdon-70blazer: Thanks for the kind words Don. I have been watching this one for a long time.

JDL: Hey Jim, I'm sure you have seen this one a time or two. I may have to make a trip down to look at the '71.

GOPAPA: Thanks PaPa Larry, yes the rims will have to come off but not necessarily because I don't like them.

I remember that truck Leon. Glad you got it. I do agree, it has the wrong grill.
