Beautiful shots Matt!

Some day, I will get the '69 down there and then it's time to cruise with some locals. There are so many beautiful drives through your area.

Good looking stepper! Tennessee and pickups, just seems like a natural match!

Love the general store shots! I can imagine two or three "good ol' boys" sitting on the porch talking about the buck they saw down the road, the price of corn going up, or "who belongs to that pickup anyway?"

Good looking truck!

Re: Post your pictures of season end rides.

Mikey, that -28 deg shot is serious stuff! That's when the snow under your feet squeaks, your nose shuts, and trees start popping. Put another stick in the stove and move a little closer. Your front side is roasting, your back side is freezing. If you didn't plug the car/truck in last night, the oil is like tar, and the seat covers are like cold bricks.
Tell me again why we live up here?? I keep forgetting.

The first one is in front of George Bush's summer house. The next one was on the way to Old Orchard Beach.

Re: Post your pictures of season end rides.

I was anticipating these! Good photo's! You sure had a nice day for it. Not many people at OOB.
I guess Bonney Eagle is our next function, and that's not until May.
I hope you and yours have a nice Thanksgiving!

Northern 85, good idea! I'm in. We should do that when we come out of hibernation.

Re: Post your pictures of season end rides.

i don't see why people think winter is so bad. yeah....the daily driver rusts out after a few years, but if you have a garage any car will last longer (something i plan to remedy). my 72 burb will have to sit out in the snow this year but i will have a 12x24 tarp on to keep the moisture out of the rain gutter and window channels. i have been out driving my motorcycle around new years day in years past (january thaw). i have my burb insured year round with a reg plate on it so when the road is clear and relatively dry i will take the truck out for a spin. i need the seasons and the heat and bugs get old fast. temps in the 60's with low humidity is like heaven to me.

Same here! It could be 50-60 degrees all year 'round and I wouldn't complain at all. I sweat like a pig once the temp climbs above 70.

I was so pissed I had to work that night! But I was finally able to make it out the weekend before. I cannot believe I had never gone to Nifty 50ees, it was such a great night.

From the nifty 50ees crew:

I took over 200 pics that night.

Vegaschevy I don't think it does end for you guys out there !
But, I am pretty sure you don't have the State spraying salt brine on the roads before a storm. I just don't want to get that all over our truck. Also check out post 22 ...
