where can i get one for cheap or lowest price out there?
i check ece but i could not find a cnotch if they had one

ECE does not sell C notches. You will have to buy one from a lesser company like CPP or POL.

Brothers has a fair priced one - usually they run yearly specials, so maybe you can see if they have them on sale.

how cut the frame like a c and drill a hole in the middle and put a bump stop haha?

CPP's having a big Christmas sale and the C-notches are on sale for $89 until the first of the year. I think that's only like $10 off normal price, but hey, every bit helps.

yep, cut a C in it weld in a 6" piece of pipe cut in half, and box it in. Should take about 2 hrs a side or so.
