Re: pics of Daves 72 GMC
Thanks Bill for posting some pics, I don't know how to post pics, but do have pics before , during, and after restoration.I bought my truck from my Grandmother which has owned and bought it new since '72. It's a '72 GMC, SierraGrande,Custom Camper ,3/4,67,000 origional miles,Cheyenne Pkg,origional 402BB, Turbo 400 At,PS,PB,Tac,A/C not charged yet since restoration which is the last thing I need to have done.I had a full groundup 3-year nut and bolt rotisserie restoration done. It only gets driven on sunny days and stays in the garage with a cover on it,and has about 500 miles on it since it was restored. It is painted the origional Green and white color.Thank you for letting me share my pics and truck with you and thank you to all the help I got from Bill at Atheys classic truck parts during the restoration and all of you for advice and especially this couldn't have happend without all of the love, support, and help from my wife Pam. Thanks again.Dave

Re: pics of Daves 72 GMC
This is a great thread.Congratulations on the completion of your beautiful restoration. The best part is it`s from your grandfolks. Is the green listed as Dark Green or woodland Green (same color)? You have the 3/4t camper hauler brother to See Ten`s K/10.Thanks Bill for posting these pictures.

Re: pics of Daves 72 GMC
i`m not sure how it worked, but they used either name through the years.My`71 Blazer was listed as Woodland Green and that`s what it was called when I ordered my`92 K3500.It`s a timeless fleet color that also was commonly used in the line through all the years, until the`80s.
