1970 jimmy ps and pb

i have a 1970 jimmy 307 4sp 4wd but i want to go for ps and pb i have a guy who hase both setups out of a 1972 c20. will this just bolt in happily or am i looking for trouble

Haven't done it, but trucks and Jimmy/Blazers are basically the same up front

well it should work in that case but i heard that i should only use 69-71 and that 72 was different

Only thing I would say is that the 72 brakes had disc in front, your '70 has drum in front, so the prop valve is different bt. the two. So unless you are changing everything end to end you may have some differences.

As far as the power steering, I upgraded my '71 and only replaced the steering box and added the pulley and pump. Works great, easy mod. As far as the pump/pulley, I was lucky I had the short water pump so the pulley aligned perfect. You'll need to pay attention as to wether the donor had a long or short water pump and which setup you have to match everything up.

yea i need a set of pulleys that is the only thing it doesnt have
