16 1/2" rims
I searched the archives hoping to find my answer to no avail. I'm looking for stock wheel rims for my '72 C30. I want them for spare tires. I always keep 2 on the truck, and there was none when I bought her. What years will fit my truck? They're 16" on my truck now. But it doesn't matter if the spares are 16, OR 161/2". Thanks............

Re: 16 1/2" rims
You should be able to get a couple steal wheels from a good tire and wheel shop, they will either have them in stock as take offs or they will order them from a wherehouse.
Around here, there is quite a few places that stock those types of wheels. (They buy all the stock wheels from shops that swap them for the fancy ones). I'd stick with looking for 16" wheels, since those are a dime a dozen and tire choice is not an issue. Where as 16.5 has a limited choice of tires, and finding a 16.5 wheel will be harder to find as well.
