I finally made some progress on the old 69. Got the rear drop springs put in about 3 weeks ago and in the last week i got the front ones back out, cut and put back into place. Also half-a** put the tie rods and idler arm on the truck. Hopefully in the next couple weeks i will be getting the new front tires for it, and when i go on christmas break from school i will be putting the steering gear, stabilizer bar, and some other little things on to finsih up the frame. Heres some pics i took this week while i had it out of the garage.

Re: Latest work i've got accomplished
Vectorit- The motor is a well built 396 that came out of one of dieselwrencher's pulling trucks. We're going to see how it does on the street.
Orangesi-The straps are because there is no transmission behind the motor to support it. Thats next to be rebuilt so i can make some more progress. Leon- You never know may have to sleep out there. Really i just didn't get them moved, that was garage cleaning day.
