Suicidedoors....??
well, i like this company a lot, but they have some communication problems if you ask me. i ordered all my fittings, my leader hose and check valve, and some other random stuff. this was back on 10/20ish...a little over a week after the order i got my order in, with a paper saying my t fittings were on back order. not a big deal, but i wish i was told this when i ordered my stuff. but anyways...i wait 2 weeks and call to see the status. matt tells me they just got them in, and they need to be tapped and will mail out that week. no problem...well another 2 weeks go by, i get nothing. call again and he says he is still waiting on them to come in...hmm, that doesnt add up. well, i wait another week, and now he says they are in, and getting tapped. this sh*t is ridiculous. ima try one more time on monday after the holidays and if i get another story im gonna ask for my refund back. ive ordered a lot of stuff from them in the past, but this is unbelievable.

strange?? Ive always had good dealings with them. But yes it is unacceptable

update. finally got my t fittings in, over a month from ordering. hope this was just hiccup because i really do like this company.
