What is involved in upgrading drum brakes to power drum brakes? I have no experiance with this, so I need detalis.

theres an Faq youll need booster brackets and rod from power brake truck

Yes, I found it. I just purchased a truck from board member Billsbowtie, and he added power brakes, but the pedal goes to the floor with very little braking. I am trying to figure out how it is supposed to go together. The FAQ was a big help.
