Value?

A friend of mine wants to sell this truck but has no idea what to ask for it. Can anybody give me an idea of how much he should ask for it?

Re: Value?

Anything that will pass inspection is worth a couple grand. Beyond that it really depends condition, local market, and how quickly you need to sell. Browse craigslist and see what others are asking for in your area. I have seen ones that are falling apart go for a couple grand and then one that runs great, with minimal blemishes go for the same price.

In general the 60-66 does not seem to bring as much money as the previous and latter models.

Just my 2 cents.

Re: Value?

That truck should be worth a fair bit factory power steering and in pretty good shape if it was closer I'd be looking at it...

Re: Value?

That truck has a lot of nice option, power brakes, power steering,automatic,2 speed wiper with washer, spot light, custom cab trim with bright grill and bumper, the only draw back is location if you were on the east coast 3,500 to 5,000 depending on rust on the under side of the truck.

Re: Value?

Thanks for the input, I'll suggest he starts at $2500.
