A Front End Question
Hey everyone i have a quick question that im sure has been asked a ton of times. i searched through old threads, but i didnt really get the answer i was looking for.
history, i have a 1973 pickup and the front sheet metal is toast, i also have a 1984 suburban front end at my disposal and was wondering if it was at all possible to put the 84 front end on the 73 frame. or due to the differences in cabs and body lines will it not work? what i am trying to achieve is a phantom front end, is that possible with a 73-80 front end, with out a custom one off grille? Thanks in advance everyone.

Re: A Front End Question
It will bolt on, you just need to cut holes for the hood hinges and also you will need the wiper stands off the newer truck as well.
