i dont know if its possible....

BUTTT i kinda like the look of GMC front grills with the quad lights and i was wondering if I found a 68, same year as mine, could i swap them out and run a GMC grill on my Chevy but run four of the same type of lights i have now and not have to go with smaller lights? and if you have a picture of this done that would be cool too.

Re: i dont know if its possible....

I think I remember someone trying this and it won't work because the front of the fenders are different. The grills will not interchange. Maybe you could do a front clip swap?? Good luck.

Also you'd have to change out your radiator support.

68 chevy fenders are the same as 68 - 72 GMC fenders.
To make your truck look like a GMC all you need is the core support, grill, grill top bar, and then badges, tail gate, console badge and hubcaps if aplicable.
The 7 inch headlamps is a no go though.
