Finally
I finally removed the body lift in my Blazer today. It looks so much better now...

Re: Finally
I`m glad.I bet it looks much more solid.it`s one thing to use them on extreme lifts with extreme tires. But,I hate seeing a truck using a body lift just to run 12.50/33s (which fit w/o it).I only like modifications that enhance "something" on the vehicle.

Re: Finally
Hey Tim, it was ok when I had the 35's but I took them off because they would rub at full turn. I traded the 35's to Bill Athey's son for a set of 32's and they looked so small with the body lift. She looks stock now. Next step is to get a 2wd doner truck so I can convert the blazer to 2wd...

Re: Finally
Here's a few shots of the truck when I bought her.
Here's a few after swaping from 35's to 32's also swaped the solid quarter windows for sliding. Here she is today, still have the 32's but no more body lift.

Re: Finally
looks 100% better. Hate when there is a big gap between the body and bumper.

Re: Finally
I agree, it looks 100% better. I hate when people install a body lift and don't raise the bumpers as well.

Re: Finally
Yea I think anything looks great lifted but with suspension lifts and only body when going with extreme lift and tires. Just my .02 cents

Re: Finally
Looking good.I pretty much hate body lifts. If you want a lift spend the money and get a suspension lift.
