Is this significant?

So I was going over my new cab today and based on the vin tag it was a '57 3100 out of Oakland, then I noticed a factory looking tag mounted on the center of the firewall with "559" stamped on it. My original cab didn't have this tag, does it mean anything? It has a cameo red and white paint sceme and its a deluxe cab with the stainless trim. Just curious.

Post a picture.

You have a custom cab. All 55-59 base trucks had deluxe cabs big or small window. The custom cab was the higher optioned cab, chrome tirm being one of the custom cab options.
