How low will it go!

If you kept the inside of the bed stock, and didn't z the frame. Just a c-notch what type of drop can you get. And would this just be putting in a drop spring

Re: How low will it go!

Probally 10 or 11 inches a bolt in c notch is 2.5 so just measure from the bottom of your frame to the top of your axle and add 2.5

10 or 11 inch drop???

Maybe a 6" drop spring and a 2" block. That would be the max.

Re: How low will it go!

I got basically a 5/7 drop with drop spindles, springs & 1 inch blocks. This with a C-notch too. Had to buy upper A-Arms for lowered trucks from Brothers (or CCP) to get camber back to spec (they add more castor too). Rides great, haven't bottomed rear (can't carry much weight in bed though).
