first off you need to take pics on level concrete or asphalt to determine whats going on with it. If you ask Bigblock73 or look on his site he has old dealer brochures that should have the actual height of the truck. Im thinking that its worn suspension parts.. on my old 1986 it sat real low then i put new moog springs in the front and it look like my truck had no motor in it... i had the rear springs re arced and the truck sat great...
if it was an old work truck you dont know how it was abused or what it hauled before you got it so it may be very tired spring wise

if i get around to it ill get some pics of it on level ground. im about 2 hrs awy from my truck all week. i miss it im stuck driving my 95 POS ford
