Hello from Vancouver.........WA that is

I guess I better say hi. I'm not really new here, but I haven't posted before today. I'm working on a '76 stepside that I got in memory of my father. I haven't had it long so haven't done much to it yet. I got it from the Oregon coast so it has a fair amount of rusty body parts, luckily pretty much just the ones that bolt on though. I've got a reliable drivetrain in it and lowered it a bunch, that's about it for now although I have my full airbag setup in the garage waiting to go in.

Re: Hello from Vancouver.........WA that is

pics aren't worth looking at for now, although I'm sure most of you love these trucks for what they can be instead of how they look now. I'm in the infant stage of my project so it won't be pretty for awhile, but I do have a pic of what I'm starting with on my profile page or whatever it's called. All I'd really done at the point that pic was taken was lower it, airbags are in the garage...hopefully I'll have most of that stuff in this weekend. I want to get the suspension at least going up and down before I start on anything else on the truck. I have way too many future plans to list everything I want to do, in time they'll all end up on here somewhere I'm sure.

Re: Hello from Vancouver.........WA that is

What is going on with that - my post count is not increasing either?

Should we take it personally?

Re: Hello from Vancouver.........WA that is

Posts don't count in the welcome area, because it was often being used just to hike post counts.
