Because the transmission is almost two inches longer than the th350, you'll need to move your engine forward that distance or move the t-case back and do work on your driveshafts. It seems the consensus here is it is best to move the engine forward. This swap is on my list. I even have the core transmission on the floor in the shop waiting for the money to have it rebuilt and have that output shaft installed.
