2008 silverado remote start run time
Hi
I just bought a 2008 Silverado. Owners manual indicates the remote start run time can be changed from ten minutes, but doesn't say how. I know about pressing the button to "extend" the run time, but that isn't what I need. Anyone know how to change the initial setting ? Thanks. |

I can't imagine why someone would want to leave their vehicle idle longer than a few minutes anyways, it's a waste of gas and hard on the engine when it's cold. You're better off getting in and just driving it.
