Hum, it could be. It's hard to tell in the picture of the picture.

I zoomed in and noticed the 2nd gen taillights.

But congrats for your friend getting his in the mag. From the pictures I seen of it it, it was overdue to make an appearance.

Ya it's a transformer FirstGen = he removes his sheetmetal when rock crawling and swaps out the "sand auto" tranny for SM465
