I dont think bags are legal in most states ethier.You can buy a screw on safty cap if your worried.Like the one moble welding trucks keep on their bottles looks like a cap with a hole in it.

Dont think bags are illegal anywhere in the US, as semi trucks run them all across the country
Ride height though, now there is something that is regulated & can be illegal Its really more about light heights, but close enough lol

My bug is WAY below the legal limit
