Kinda bummed.

I went yesterday to look at this truck that was supposed to be in great shape, fresh 350 and no problems. I sold my 72 gmc a bit ago and wanted a c10. The guy wants my fullsize bronco so he thought of trading, i said we will c. The bed a a little bit of rust but the worst is it has a 307 in it the rear brake line has a hole in it. After tossing a battery in it and fresh fuel he then says (o yeah the motor is 180 off) UGH.

Re: Kinda bummed.

Welcome to the 67-72 Chevy Truck Board from West Michigan!

That kind of stuff happens all the time so don't take it too seriously!

Re: Kinda bummed.

It seems around here we look at 3 or 4 before we buy one.

Some people over value their non running trucks and don't really describe how bad the rust is.

Keep looking you will find the one you want.

Every once in a while you will just fall into a deal when you least expect it.

I wasn't really looking when my son told me about the running '71 I bought for $600 a few years ago.
