what headers do I need?

I am going to be buying headers for my blazer in the future and am wondering what you guys are running. My 76 is a 350 4 speed 4x4 and I want a set that will not force me to modify the clutch cross shaft.

Re: what headers do I need?

I installed a GM 383 in my 87 R10 and went with Hooker, good fit, but I have an automatic. I would imagine they would have what you need, maybe checkout thier web site for fitment.

Re: what headers do I need?

I have long tube Hedman Headers on my '86 Sierra. They fit really well, have nice thick flanges, and big tubes. I'll grab some pics next time I got it out in the sun if you want.

Re: what headers do I need?

I'v ran flowmaster and hooker long tubes on my trucks, I also had a set of center drop headman block huggers that worked on one of my trucks but don't remember the year of that one, I do recomend the hookers though

Re: what headers do I need?

I was wandering the same thing, I traded a set of stock manifolds for a set of hooker headers, but there for a Nova, is that going to matter? He said they would fit and since I traded stuff I didnt need I wasnt worred.

I believe mine were made to be on a truck, not 100% sure though.

Re: what headers do I need?

Thanks guys, I am looking for a specific part # that will work, I had bought a set of blackjacks (from summit) for my 68 that were suppose to fit a stick but the header tubes would not allow the clutch to be engaged. Just a little gun shy before I buy this set.
