Dave's First Race in the New Pontiac, Loses to Scooter (Video)

See the video here.

Okay, so I lied. It isn't Dave, but he was the only person who came to mind when I saw the video.

BTW, my assumption is that the video is not real. Let's hope so for Dave's sake!

The smoke coming out of the hood is actually the nitrous line being purged.

I guess it's just something I would have to see in person to really believe it.

That's some cool $hit. Where can I find more videos like that?
Looks real enough. The sound of the car at FULL throttle is partial proof. What 23000 RPMs??? Hey that thing will wrap up really quick once it's going. The horse power to weight ratio is awsome.

Pardue'sCustoms:

If you can hear it, then you are getting the file. My guess would be that you need an updated codec to be able to see the video. if you are using Windows Media Player, it should download the codecs automatically. It may be that the automatic update has been turned off. See if you can poke around in the properties for the program and find something that will allow updates. You could also try going to the Microsoft site and downloading a newer version of the software. It is free.

This, of course, all assumes you are using Windows and Windows Media player.

I can attest for the validity of the video and the Fast-N-Furious goped. The owner of that 2 stroke wonder is a moderator at http://www.ls1.com/forums and goes by 98 Snake Eater, but his real name is Rick. He lives in Orlando.

The first time he made a video of his own yellow Trans Am racing the first version of his goped. That video is HERE I guess he needed a car with more giddyup to take on the new version of F-N-F. Here's Rick's webshots of the 'lil scooter:
